MORE GAMES

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 - (Infinity Ward)
Yes, nothing is said about it, no revelations - nothing, but we all know Infinity Ward and Treyarch releases a title every alternate year. So come 2011 , its Infinity Ward’s turn to release a title, which is going to be Modern Warfare 3. The game will continue where it left off. Mactavish and Price will hunt for Makarov with support from the undercover Russian ‘Nikolai’. Yes Infinity ward has lost its key members, Yes there are rumors that the project might be given to Sledgehammer but the fan-base and past success will still make Modern Warfare 3 the most anticipated game of 2011.

Doom 4: (iD Software)
The creators of the great Doom and Quake franchise iD software with John Carmack at the helm, will give us DOOM 4 next year. They have announced that Award Winning Sci-Fi writer Graham Joyce, author of ‘The Tooth Fairy’, ‘Dark Sister’ and ‘The Stormwatcher’, is to be writing the story for Doom 4.  As usual Doom 4 will have id Software’s new technology iD Tech 5. John Carmack said that Doom 4 will look three times better than Rage ! based on this statement alone, I can assure you this is going to be one of the best games of 2011.

Deus Ex 3 : Human Revolution (Eidos Montreal)
Probably comes with the best trailer for a video game comparable to Hollywood movie trailers,  Deus-ex 3 is one of the most talked about games of the future. It is a Prequel to the last Deus Ex release and takes place during the year 2027, 25 years before Deus Ex 2. It features mechanical augmentations which will allow players to play four types of roles: Combat, Stealth, Technology and Social. Using social skills, social augmentations, and stealth a player is able to play through the whole game killing only the bosses. Cool eh! . You can check out wallpapers of Human Revolution here.
Guild Wars 2: (ArenaNet)
The only MMORPG we have included in this list. Guild Wars 2 is sequel to the highly acclaimed Guild Wars. The game takes place in the Guild Wars fantasy world of Tyria, 250 years after the players defeat the Great Destroyer in the Eye of the North expansion. Guild Wars 2 game play has been modified from Guild Wars to include a variety of different features and more customization option. On the development side, this version will use an improved game engine with improvements in true 3D environments, enhanced graphics and animations and the use of the Havok physics system. Hopefully will be released somewhere in the second quarter of 2011. You can check out Guild Wars 2 Artwork and wallpapers here.
Rage: (iD Software)
The first standalone game of this most anticipated list, but with John Carmack at the helm, we think it will do well. Rage has been in development for quiet some time and will feature new engine iD Tech 5. the game takes place in a post-apocalyptic world similar to that of Fallout and Metro 2033.  This will primarily be an FPS but will include RPG elements and Car-Combat. Just to let you know the multiplayer will not have dedicated servers and instead will work based on the matchmaking (Modern warfare 2).
Gears of War 3 : (Epic Games)
Xbox360 exclusive GOW3 will be releasing somewhere in the 3rd or 4th quarter of 2011. This time round the Gears have moved to the island of Vectes Eighteen months after the fall of Jacinto and are living aboard a converted aircraft carrier called the Raven’s Nest. The government disbanded and the imulsion that powered Sera’s cities has infected and mutated members of the Locust, causing them to become Lambent. The Lambent are evolving into a new enemy that threatens both the Locust and humanity. It will also feature a four-player co-op mode and the introduction of three playable female characters. Besides, there will be more weapons, more enemies, more chaos and the introduction of Beast Mode in multi-player. All in all , a great game to look forward too.
Kill Zone 3: (Guerrilla Games)
Time to include a PS3 Exclusive title, and its none other than Kill Zone 3. The game picks up immediately after the ending of Killzone 2 and follows the previous games’ main protagonist, Sev, a Special Forces operative fighting for the Interplanetary Strategic Alliance against the Helghast Empire. Game will take place harsh environments i.e. Arctic landscapes, alien jungle, nuclear wastelands and space battles. Player will be able to use jet packs. The game will also feature a revamped close combat melee system which include new brutal melee attacks as well as the ability to string together multiple attacks in a combo. It will feature fully destructible environments.
